Now that a lot of our shows are on a break for the summer, we have started watching TLC and Food Network again. We used to watch those stations all of the time before kids.
Wednesday, June 1
Mara has always loved playing in the sand, but Jack has had an aversion to it. Tonight he tried out the sandbox again and decided that it was a lot of fun. He wasn't too happy when we pulled him out after a while.

I had a belated birthday lunch with Shari today, and she gave me a bunch of beautiful orange Gerber daisies.

Mara's tomato plant is already starting to produce tomatoes. She can hardly wait until they turn red so she can pick them and eat them.
