Today was our family reunion at a park in Carl Junction. Mara enjoyed getting to meet a lot of her cousins, and they had a lot of fun playing with each other. Mara and Lani used some of the park time to assemble their bean bag toss games from the Home Depot Kids Workshop the day before. Before we left the park, Mikey had an encounter with a tree and busted up his mouth. (That's why Mikey & Myra are not in the group picture we got.)
When we were done at the park, we headed back to Uncle Gerry & Aunt Cathy's house where Shelby tried to teach Mara and Lani how to handle a baton.
That night, Mara and Lani passed out in our hotel room. It had been a very busy weekend for the two girls.
