Jack loves to feed himself. For a snack today, he was eating pretzels with hummus.
Tuesday, May 17
Mara discovered that she can now hang upside down from the monkey bars; however, she's not ready to let go with her hands yet.
Wednesday, May 18
We gave Mara a Topsy Turvy for her birthday, and we bought a tomato plant to go in it a couple of weeks ago. The plant is thriving, and hopefully it will start producing little tomatoes for Mara soon.
Thursday, May 19
As part of the "journey" we're taking in our Daisy troop, the girls are growing flowers. They drew pictures of their flower gardens at our meeting tonight.
Friday, May 20
It stormed tonight, but it didn't last long. After the storms passed, we went out to look at the rainbow, Then, the kids had fun splashing in the puddles.
