We ventured out in the snow and ice to go to the Home Depot Kids Workshop this morning. Mara was so glad to be out of the house that she not only made her kit, but she made Jack's as well. Jack even got his own Home Depot apron. We'll need to remember to take Mara's next time so I can get a picture with both of them and their daddy in their aprons.

Since we didn't have people over for New Year's, we invited people to our house for the Super Bowl. It helps that we have a big TV that make it perfect for watching the game. The kids decided to play with Mara's dress up clothes instead of watching the game, and they performed their own halftime show. Jack didn't really get into the game and decided to nap through part of it.
