Mara's favorite part was the petting zoo (big surprise) where she got to hold chickens, pigs, and guinea pigs as well as feed a duck, lamb, goats, donkey, and llamas. It was neat to see her feed the animals. She instinctively knew to pour some food into her hand for the donkey and llamas instead of giving them the cup, which they kept taking out of kids' hands. Both Jack and Mara got to feed a bottle to a piglet. Mara also got to ride a pony and get her face painted.
And while the sky looks a little menacing in the pictures, we didn't get any rain from them.
