The Oklahoma State Cowboy football team played in it's first-ever BCS game tonight – the Fiesta Bowl. My dad and sister came over to our house to watch the game. We even served orange and black tortilla chips.
Thanks to a couple of missed field goals, the Cowboys had a chance to win the game at the end of the first overtime. The kick sailed through the uprights, giving OSU the 41-38 win and making the Cowboys the Fiesta Bowl Champions! The postgame trophy presentation was touching as OSU's football coach Mike Gundy shared the trophy with Shelley Budke, the window of the late OSU women's basketball coach.
