Jack and Mara have both started watching Super Hero Squad recently. It's a fun show gear at kids Jack's age that gives them a good introduction to the Marvel super heroes and their nemesis.
Tuesday, August 7
Mara has been having fun playing Club Penguin on her computer. She comes home from daycare and talks about finding her friends out on the site.
Wednesday, August 8
Mara was introduced to the Pokemon card game this summer, so we got her some cards to play with at daycare.
Thursday, August 9
Tonight was our first official Brownie meeting. The girls decorated their sit-upons that we'll use when we go camping.
Friday, August 10
Today was Jack's last splash day of the summer at daycare.
Saturday, August 11
We went swimming and then out to dinner with a couple of Girl Scout friends.
Sunday, August 12
We've been watching the Olympics the last couple of weeks, and tonight was the closing ceremonies. The kids haven't been too interested in the Olympics.
