Since I broke our sprinkler last week, we got new ones where we can set up several different sprinklers across the entire yard.
Tuesday, July 31
John was rear-ended on the way into work this morning. The damage doesn't look as bad as last time, but the driver's seat is pretty messed up.
Wednesday, August 1
Jack has recently taken to his tiger Pillow Pet. His teachers say he's been doing so much better at nap time since he started taking it to school a couple of weeks ago.
Thursday, August 2
Diane got a new kitten when she took Manny in to get microchipped the other day. She doesn't have a name yet, but I'm sure Diane will think of one soon.
Friday, August 3
Jack is learning how to take pictures with Mara's camera. Right now, he's more interested in taking pictures of his feet and things around the house, including blankets instead of people and animals.
Saturday, August 4
The kids got some new shoes last night, so they wore them when we ran errands today. Mara loves her Bobs, and Jack is excited about his super hero shoes that light up.
Sunday, August 5
We're going to get Mara some new white bedroom furniture soon, so we decided to get her a white bookcase to go with it. Both of the kids were eager to help me put it together.
